Kiki (she/her) honors the courage it takes to begin therapy. She creates an inclusive, affirming space where clients of all identities can show up authentically and reconnect with what matters most. Kiki believes therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but about growing what brings joy, meaning, and a sense of wellness in both mind and body.
Kiki holds a BA from St. Olaf College and a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School. She brings over a decade of experience from roles as an interfaith chaplain and case manager, working with survivors of domestic violence, single mothers, and individuals navigating medical and spiritual trauma. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, infertility, pregnancy loss, sexual trauma, burnout, and meaning-making.
She works with individuals, couples, and families using trauma-informed approaches such as narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). Kiki tailors her work to meet clients where they are, trusting that healing for one person or family can create ripples of positive change.
Based in Northfield with her family and licensed therapy dog Chester, Kiki enjoys biking, cross-country skiing, reading, and cozy coffee shop chats. She is completing her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University and is practicing under the supervision of Leah Wellstone, LMFT, CEDS.
Joining Kiki on select days is Chester, her gentle and extroverted Shetland Sheepdog therapy dog. Chester is certified with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs and completed his training through Canine Inspired Change. He offers comforting companionship during therapy sessions and loves connecting with clients of all ages. Whether it’s a calming presence, a friendly greeting, or a well-earned belly rub, Chester helps create a supportive and welcoming therapeutic environment.
