New Clients

Thank you for taking your time to see what River Valley Behavioral Health & Wellness Center is all about. We believe in guiding wellness from the inside out. If you are looking to schedule your first appointment with us, you will need to fill out an intake form. You can do that by calling our administrative team or sending us a message.

Otherwise you can take a look at our team of providers and their profiles.

***Please feel free to let us know what is bringing you in and what you are looking to work on. Additionally, please let us know if you are interested in scheduling with any particular provider(s). Please be aware:

  • Not all providers are currently scheduling new clients
  • Not all providers are credentialed with all insurance companies
  • Some providers have limited hours and therefore have less available appointments than others
  • Some providers have a wait time for intake appointments approaching a couple weeks

Thank you!***

Good Faith Estimate

Beginning January 1, 2022, federal laws regulating client care have been updated to include the “No Surprises” Act. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services called a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your medical care will cost.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $500 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
