Lacey Hammond earned her Master of Social Work degree from Augsburg University in 2011. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
Lacey brings extensive experience and specialized training in individual and family psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical work spans a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, in-home services, and school-based environments.
Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, autism spectrum disorders, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, parenting challenges, family stress, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She is particularly passionate about helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional and relational dynamics.
Lacey uses a person-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practices. Her therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theory, and select Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to meet the unique needs of each client.
